THERMOSTATIC CHAMBER RUNNING ATEX
Thermostatic chamber to test explosive materials
From environmental temperature up to -40°C and from environmental temperature up to -70°C.
The chassis is mad in stainless steel AISI 404 or AISI 316.
Heating
Indirect heating with glycol solution recirculation in a battery made of copper chromate tube with copper chromate fins, maximum temperature of 60°C as specified.
Cooling
The refrigeration systems will be single or dual-stage air cooled;
Semi-hermetic compressors are mounted on elastomers to prevent noise and vibration to the rest of the structure.
All the cooling circuit components are, as far as possible, the type welding to make null the possibility of refrigerant gas leakage.

Realized with pre-painted light alloy profile RAL 9010;
Panel in 20/10 aluminum plate painted RAL 9010;
The internal cell is wholly made of 18/8 stainless steel AISI 304 with 15/10 thickness.

Temperature:
Range: -40°C +180°C and -70°C +180°C;
Precision: ±1°C to happened stabilization;
Gradient in slope and descent: 1,5°C min/medium for both single and double-stage.
Relative Humidity:
Range: from 10% up to 95% in the climatic field from +10°C up to +90°C with limitation of dew point;
Precision: ±2%.
