TW RANGE
Single-stage accessible thermostatic chambers – temperature range –40°C + 120°C

  • • Light alloy frame, painted in RAL 9010;
  • • Completely removable aluminium finishing panels, painted in RAL 9010;
  • • Fire-proof (MUPAM) glass wool thermal insulation
  • • Internal cell made of 18/8 AISI 304 stainless steel with 15/10 thickness;
  • • Forced air circulation obtained by 1 or more fans with blades with external extended axis motor;
  • PID electronic regulator with temperature digital display and with RS 422 serial interface, which can be monitored from a compatible PC;
  • High and low temperature fail-safe electronic thermostat;
  • High temperature fail-safe mechanical thermostat, connected to an automatic thermostat with spring release coil;
  • Door safety switch;
  • Emergency button;
  • Electric system with moulded modular components to make possible maintenance operations easier and quicker;
  • All instruments are placed in the electric control board on the right or left side of the chamber.

PERFORMANCE

    • Range: -70°C to + 120 °C;
    • Precision: ±  0,5 °C after stabilisation;
    • Heat-up and cool-down rate: average of 2 °C/min in temperature range of – 70° to 120°C
    • OPTION: linear heat-up and cool-down rate 5, 7, 10°C/min up to –54°C

THW SERIES
Single and two-stage accessible thermostatic chambers – temperature range –40°C / - 70°C + 120°C

  • PID electronic regulator with relative humidity digital display and with RS 422 serial interface – which can be monitored from a compatible PC;
  • Electronic capacitive probe to determine relative humidity as a percentage;
HUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM
  • The humidification system is operated by a CAREL steam generator, which is directly monitored by the control device;
DEHUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM
  • Dehumidification will take place through the condensation of humidity on a specific large refrigerated battery, in order to assure dehumidification gradient volumes. The chamber is built so that the condensate is automatically drained off the chamber.
